Qualifications

• ExxonMobil seeks candidates with Upstream oil & gas knowledge and 5+ years in land administration, management, or analyst roles focusing on oil, gas, or mineral leasing and contracts.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills for a performance-driven, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist landmen with review and analysis of oil and gas agreements.
• Identify and track contract obligations, including acreage expirations.
• Prepare detailed spreadsheets, reports and slides as needed.
• Research internal well proposals and track partner responses.
• Process non-operated well proposals and AFEs.
