Job summary

RLI Corp in Lynnwood, WA seeks an adaptable front-line specialist to support administrators, agents and policyholders. You will respond to inquiries via phone, chat or email, research solutions and ensure policy alignment with customer needs.

The role requires good interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. P&C knowledge is preferred and a license may be required within 3 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; P&C license preferred and must be obtained within 3 months.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for agent, broker and policyholder interactions.
• Ability to deliver timely, accurate insurance information and service.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic operational and customer support to administrators, agents, brokers and policyholders.
• Communicate via telephone, chat or email with internal and external channels.
• Research inquiries and prepare appropriate answers while aligning with customer needs.
• Record customer interactions and actions taken in records system.
• Assist in quoting and binding coverage for RLI products as needed.
