RLI Corp. is hiring an Associate Customer Experience Agent for Personal Lines in a remote-capable role across multiple U.S. locations.

The position supports front-line customer and agent inquiries, assists in quotes and binding coverage, and coordinates with partner teams to ensure policy alignment with client needs. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, 0+ years of related experience, and a P&C license within 3 months.

Qualificações

• Typically requires a high school diploma; P&C license preferred and must be obtained within 3 months.
• 0+ years of related experience; equivalent education and experience considered.

Responsabilidades

• Provide front-line operational and customer support to administrators, agents, brokers and policyholders.
• Communicate via telephone, chat or email with internal or external channels.
• Research and develop appropriate answers based on customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with Lindbergh Insurance Group to ensure proper handling of inquiries.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints and actions taken.
• Prepare quotes and bind coverage for RLI insurance products according to customer needs.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as needed.
