Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Surety & Security Capability Lead to join the Sentinel program. You will lead a team of systems engineers, drive requirements allocation, and define interfaces across ground and weapon system components.

The role requires DoD clearance and experience with MBSE and SysML. The position supports multiple locations and includes a standard 9/80 work schedule with diverse benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8 years of experience or higher degrees with fewer years.
• 4 years of experience with requirements management/analysis/allocations.
• 3 years MBSE practices, languages and/or tools such as Cameo, Rhapsody or MagicDraw.
• 5 years of experience in C2, physical security, cybersecurity, NC3 related areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of systems engineers to develop architectures and artifacts.
• Mature allocation of technical requirements and standards across the Sentinel ground system.
• Develop and integrate requirements into the system model and ensure traceability.
• Create system architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture.
• Support requirements development, management, and analysis.
• Develop model techniques, procedures, and processes for tooling and team integration.
