Northrop Grumman is seeking a System Deployment Capability Lead Sr. Principal Systems Engineer to drive MBSE-driven system engineering for the Sentinel program across multiple U.S. locations.

You will lead a small team, define requirements, and develop architecture using Cameo, Rhapsody, and MagicDraw while coordinating with stakeholders. The role emphasizes rigorous requirements management, model-based engineering, and integration of RAM-C, safety, and cost considerations into system design.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active DoD Secret Clearance; eligibility for SAP approval.
• 2+ years of requirements management/analysis/allocations.
• 2+ years MBSE/MDE practices and tools experience (Cameo, Rhapsody, MagicDraw).

Responsibilities

• Lead a small systems engineering team across multiple specialty threads.
• Develop and mature allocation of compliance requirements for lifecycle costs.
• Ensure system requirements are represented in the model and verified.
• Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture.
• Contribute to system requirements development, management, and analysis.
• Develop unifying model techniques, procedures, and processes.
