Northrop Grumman is seeking a Surety & Security Capability Lead to join the team at multiple sites including Manhattan Beach, Roy, Bellevue, Huntsville, and Colorado Springs, supporting the Sentinel program. The role centers on leading requirements, architecture, and safety across ground systems.

The position requires a US citizen with a DoD Secret clearance and MBSE experience; offers competitive pay, a 9/80 schedule, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8+ years of experience, or advanced degrees with fewer years.
• US Citizenship with active DoD Secret Clearance and SAP eligibility.
• 4+ years in requirements management/analysis/allocations.
• 3+ years MBSE practices with Cameo, Rhapsody or MagicDraw.
• 5+ years in C2, physical security, cybersecurity, or NC3 domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of systems engineers to develop artifacts for Nuclear Surety, Physical Security and System Safety.
• Mature allocation of Technical Requirement Documents and standards through the Sentinel ground system.
• Develop and incorporate requirements into the system model.
• Create systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture.
• Contribute to requirements development, management and analysis.
• Develop modeling techniques and processes for team integration.
