Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a System Deployment Capability Lead Sr. Principal Systems Engineer to join a multi-site team supporting the Sentinel program, with responsibilities across requirements, architecture, and model-based engineering.

The role requires DoD clearance, strong MBSE background, and leadership of a small systems engineering team to deliver integrated ground segment solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8+ years of experience, or advanced degree with fewer years.
• Must be a US citizen with DoD Secret clearance (active within 6 years).
• Experience with MBSE/Model-Based Engineering practices and MBSE tools.
• Experience with C2, cybersecurity, and related defense systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a systems engineering team to develop artifacts across multiple threads.
• Allocate and manage requirements to support lifecycle costs and models.
• Develop and incorporate system requirements in the model.
• Create systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture.
• Contribute to system requirements, management, and analysis.
• Develop model techniques, procedures, and processes for tools and teams.
