Northrop Grumman is seeking a System Deployment Capability Lead Sr. Principal Systems Engineer to join our Sentinel program across multiple sites, including Manhattan Beach, CA.
You will lead requirements definition, verification, and MBSE activities for the ground segment, delivering architecture and traceability across complex defense systems. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8+ years of experience or advanced degrees with fewer years
- Active DoD Secret Clearance and ability to obtain SAP approval
- 2+ years of requirements management/analysis/allocations
- 2+ years MBSE/MBE practices with tools like Cameo, Rhapsody or MagicDraw
- 2+ years of experience in C2, cyber, NC3, or related defense systems
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of systems engineers across multiple threads (RAM-C, System Safety, Human Factors)
- Develop and mature allocation of compliance requirements to support life-cycle costs
- Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture
- Contribute to system requirements development, management, and analysis
- Develop unifying modeling techniques and processes for model development and tool integration
- Ensure requirements are properly represented in the model
