Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Surety & Security Capability Lead to join the Sentinel program, supporting multiple sites. This role requires leading a team of systems engineers, defining requirements, and ensuring model-based design across ground segments.

Ideal candidates have DoD Secret clearance, MBSE expertise, and experience with C2, security, and NC3 domains, delivering architecture and verification across complex systems.

Qualifications

• BS in STEM with 8+ years of experience; or MS with 6+ years; or PhD with 4+ years.
• US Citizenship with active DoD Secret Clearance, current within 6 years.
• Ability to obtain SAP approval.
• 4 years in requirements management/analysis/allocations.
• 3 years MBSE/MBE practices with tools like Cameo, Rhapsody or MagicDraw.
• 5+ years in C2, physical security, cybersecurity or NC3 domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering artifacts across Nuclear Surety, Physical Security and System Safety threads for Sentinel ground system.
• Develop allocations of technical requirements and standards (AFSPCMAN 91-710, AIAA S-113).
• Develop system architecture using Cameo EA; contribute to requirements development and modeling.
• Create unifying modeling techniques, procedures, and processes for model development and team integration.
