Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Facility & Platform Integration Capability Lead (Staff Systems Engineer – Level 5) to join the team in Roy, UT, and other locations in support of the Sentinel program. The role focuses on requirements definition, interface management, and architecture across ground systems.

Preferred candidates hold a DoD Secret Clearance, MBSE experience with Cameo/Rhapsody/MagicDraw, and a strong track record in complex system integration within C2, security or NC3

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 12 years of experience or Master’s with 10 years or PhD with 8 years of experience.
• US Citizenship with active DoD Secret Clearance, in scope.
• Ability to obtain SAP approval.
• Experience with requirements management/analysis/allocations.
• Experience with MBSE practices and tools (Cameo/Rhapsody/MagicDraw).
• Experience in C2, physical security, cybersecurity or NC3 domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of systems engineers to develop artifacts across E3 and Ground Systems threads.
• Mature allocation of shielding, filtering, grounding and TEMPEST requirements; define facility architecture considerations.
• Develop and incorporate system requirements in the model.
• Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture.
• Contribute to system requirements development and analysis.
• Develop unifying modeling techniques, processes and tooling integration.
