Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Client Manager for the Surety team. You will assist with bond preparation and execution, service and market Surety accounts, and manage indemnities and power of attorney filings while building strong client relationships with carriers.

The role requires 5+ years in surety, a P&C license or ability to obtain it within 90 days, and proficiency with agency software. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years insurance experience in both Contract and Commercial Surety.
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Accounting or Financial background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and execution of bonds (performance & payment, license, court, misc. bonds).
• Service and market new and renewal Surety accounts, process indemnities, maintain power of attorney filings and bond supply.
• Build and retain relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
