Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Senior Surety Client Manager to support Producers and Account Executives with surety needs across client accounts in a collaborative environment. You will manage bond requests, billing issues, and bond reporting while coordinating with underwriters and internal teams.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and customer service, with hybrid work flexibility and ongoing industry engagement.

Qualifications

• P&C license is required.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in a Surety environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with good judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day needs for clients, including bond requests, billing issues, bond reports.
• Request periodic informational updates, analyze them and communicate data to underwriters.
• Respond to clients’ questions regarding account bond programs, project limits and opportunities.
• Communicate with underwriters on status of accounts or bond approvals.
• Issue original bonds as needed.
• Develop carrier submissions with the surety team and present proposals to prospects.
• Gather information from prospective clients and assist in bond reviews.
• Provide superior customer service to clients and sureties.
• Attend client meetings as required.
