Job summary

WTW is seeking a Senior Surety Client Manager to support Producers and Account Executives in prospecting and managing surety accounts. The role involves handling bond requests, communicating with underwriters, and delivering excellent client service within a small team.

The position emphasizes relationship-building and accurate account management. Candidates should have a P&C license and 5–7 years of surety experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• P&C licensed and able to work within a surety environment.
• 5-7 years of relevant working experience in a Surety environment.
• Insurance-related designations considered highly desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication, time management, teamwork and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client needs, including bond requests and billing issues.
• Provide updates to underwriters based on analyzed information.
• Respond to clients about account bond programs and project opportunities.
• Communicate status of accounts or bond approvals with underwriters.
• Issue original bonds as needed.
• Support carrier submissions and present proposals to prospects.
• Gather information from prospective clients for high-level bond reviews.
• Attend client meetings as required.
