Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Fulfillment team member in our risk practice in Atlanta. This hybrid role requires you to be in the office at least three days per week and to support day-to-day surety and bonding activities, coordinating with clients and underwriters.

You will manage administration from issuance to cancellations, ensure timely approvals, and maintain superior client service. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, strong surety experience, and a P&C license or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong surety experience in a risk management or brokerage capacity.
• P&C license required, or ability to obtain.
• Working knowledge of insurance coverages (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt/review of bond requests and ensure timely issuance and delivery.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and underwriters for high service levels.
• Handle surety-related matters and escalations with support from advisory resources.
• Oversee administrative service delivery: issuance, modifications, renewals, invoicing, and records.
