Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Client Support Specialist on the Surety team in a hybrid role in Columbia, MD. You will assist with bond preparation and execution, service new and renewal accounts, and maintain filings while building strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a fast-paced office, MS Office skills, and a Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days). Prior surety experience is a plus. Hybrid schedule with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a fast paced office environment.
• Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Experience with Contract and/or Commercial Surety is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and execution of bonds (performance & payment, license, court, misc. bonds).
• Service and market new and renewal Surety accounts, process indemnities, maintain power of attorney filings and bond supply.
• Build and retain relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
