Hilb Group in Irmo, SC is seeking a motivated Surety Account Manager to join our team in-office. You will manage commercial insurance needs, process applications, renewals, and marketing, while driving client satisfaction and risk identification.

The role requires experience with commercial and contract bond issuance, strong organization, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School degree.
• Experience in Commercial and Contract bond issuance.
• AMS and ImageRight experience preferred.
• Experience managing a book of business.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Team oriented with the ability to lead.

Responsibilities

• Manage book of business and new business as referred.
• Coordinate information gathering, applications and renewal marketing.
• Oversee risk identification, program design and implementation.
• Maintain proactive day-to-day client communications.
• Assist clients with questions and issue resolution.
• Collaborate as a team member in a fast-paced sales environment.
