Job summary

USI Insurance Services in Needham, MA is seeking a dedicatedSurety account manager to oversee Commercial Lines Surety client accounts. You will handle new and renewal marketing, respond to client questions, and support coverage reviews alongside Sales and Account Executives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Commercial Property & Casualty Surety in an agency
• College degree preferred
• Knowledge of bonds, underwiring and bond issuance
• Must hold or be willing to obtain P&C license and notary license within a year

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, personalized support to assigned Commercial Lines Surety clients; target high retention
• Manage marketing for new and renewal bonds; coordinate with carriers and clients
• Facilitate indemnity agreements, underwriting for bond requests, and carrier communication
• Issue bonds, riders, endorsements, and consents; seek approvals outside lines of authority
• Support cross-selling, account development, and client requests; respond to underwriters
