Job summary

The Hilb Group, LLC in Irmo, SC is seeking a Surety Account Manager to join our in-office team. You will manage a book of business and new referrals, handle commercial insurance needs, and support renewal marketing and policy administration.

Ideal candidates bring experience with commercial and contract bond issuance, strong client service and teamwork, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. AMS and ImageRight experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School degree.
• Experience in both Commercial and Contract bond issuance.
• Experience with AMS and Image Right preferred.
• Experience managing book of business.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple clients.
• Detail oriented, resourceful - strong decision-making skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication - communication written up after every renewal meeting
• Excellent interpersonal skills and client service skills
• Ability to work autonomously and perform well under pressure.
• Ability to participate both as a team member and as a team leader.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.
