Job summary

Heritage Woods of Canton is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personalized care per each resident’s care plan. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), promote independence, and uphold dignity while maintaining a compassionate presence with residents and their families.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate compassion and dignity in resident care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ADL assistance with dignity and promote independence.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families in a compassionate, impactful manner.
• Participate in ongoing education via seminars and staff meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
