Job summary

Heritage-Woods-of-Minook is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver individualized care according to each resident’s care plan. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity, and report changes in health status to the clinical team.

You will connect with residents and families in a compassionate, impactful manner, comply with privacy rules, and engage in ongoing learning through seminars and staff meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per each resident’s care plan.
