Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services/Social Work required.
• 2+ years in a social services leadership/management role with supervision of people and contracts.
• 3+ years of experience in a supportive housing program.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of FSC’s supportive housing and rapid rehousing programs, ensuring high-quality service delivery and documentation.
• Supervise and conduct performance evaluations for Supportive Housing and Rapid Rehousing Specialists.
• Monitor HMIS data quality, documentation and compliance with funder and agency standards.
• Collaborate with Compliance & Grant Impact to ensure program fidelity and timely reporting.
• Coordinate housing search, landlord engagement, lease-up, and housing retention processes.
