Job summary

The Connection in New Haven, CT, seeks a Program Manager 1 to help run housing and homelessness programs serving adults with complex needs. The role reports to the Program Director and requires coordinating case management, trainings, and funder reporting.

On-call duties are part of this position. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience, and a valid Connecticut driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of relevant experience or Master’s Degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Valid Connecticut Driver’s License.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director with daily program operations and quality assurance.
• Provide direct supervision and leadership to the case managers and coordinate trainings.
• Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports for agency and funder requirements.
• Support Housing and Homeless Department Treatment care team in client recovery and service delivery.
