Job summary

Hope Human Services is seeking a Case Manager in Washington to join the management team, providing leadership and guidance to direct support professionals and overseeing care quality. The role includes staff development, orientation, and ensuring regulatory compliance across services for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor’s in Human Services preferred.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in Supported Living.
• Experience supporting adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance; pass driving record check.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience using Therap or similar documentation systems.
• Ability to pass a Washington background check and maintain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise direct support professionals; provide coaching and evaluation.
• Oversee staff orientation, training, and ongoing development.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing and agency policies; coordinate scheduling.
• Collaborate with management to maintain high quality care and safety.
