Job summary

Hope Human Services is seeking a Case Manager to join the management team, driving quality care and program oversight in Supported Living for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in Washington.

You will supervise direct support staff, hire and train personnel, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate with housing and care teams. A valid driver’s license, driving record, and CPR/First Aid are required; training and on-call rotation are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's in Human Services or related field preferred.
• One or more years of supervisory experience and case management in Supported Living.
• Must be able to use email, word processing and spreadsheet software; Therap or similar program for online documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance as part of the management team.
• Supervise direct support professionals and ensure orientation and compliance with policies.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements.
