Responsibilities

• Be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Teaches and mentors staff to provide high level care in a safe environment.
• Demonstrates direct care skills, constant professionalism, critical thinking, and objectivity.
• Ability to access the residences of the people we support in caseload for the assigned program.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One or more years of supervisory experience and case management in Supported Living.
• Skills to provide and teach individual care.
• Experience providing support for intellectually and developmentally disabled adults.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured to drive agency vehicles.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.
