Job summary

ServiceSource Inc. is seeking a dedicated specialist to provide career exploration counseling, assessments, and comprehensive reports.

You will build strong relationships with participants, their networks, and funding sources to coordinate ongoing communication and thorough documentation. You will develop individualized service plans including skills training, pre-employment programs, and long-term employment support, while maintaining compliant records and contributing to community outreach

Qualifications

• High school diploma and relevant work experience with program development and training working with individuals with disabilities required; Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related Human Services field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide job exploration counseling by providing the career scope and generate a report summarizing each assessment result.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with participants, family and referral sources with ongoing communication and thorough reports.
• Develop relationships with current and potential employers for knowledge of employment and training opportunities.
• Maintain files to ensure standards for regulatory entities.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized service plans including training, job coaching, and long-term support.
