Job summary

ServiceSource is seeking an Employment Consultant to provide community-based employment services to individuals with disabilities, helping them explore opportunities, advance in roles, or reenter the workforce.

In this role you will conduct career assessments, build relationships with participants and employers, and develop individualized service plans including training and job coaching, while ensuring regulatory compliance and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related Human Services field with minimum 2 years related experience.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation for travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide job exploration counseling and generate assessment reports.
• Build relationships with participants, support networks, and funding sources.
• Develop relationships with employers to identify opportunities for participants.
• Maintain files to meet regulatory standards.
• Develop individualized service plans including training and job coaching.
