Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized Supported Employment services based on ISP and goals.
• Develop relationships with local employers and assist with job placement.
• Offer on-the-job coaching and teach workplace skills.
• Document services and monitor progress with the support team.
