Job summary

The role involves direct work with individuals at community sites, collaboration with families, coordinators, and employers to create tailored employment plans and fade coaching as independence increases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some education or experience in human services preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships with community employers.
• Work independently in community-based settings and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered Supported Employment services aligned with ISP, strengths, and goals.
• Assist individuals with identifying career interests and employment preferences.
• Support job searching, applications, resumes, interview prep, and employer outreach.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local employers and workplaces.
• Complete job analyses to identify duties, training needs, and supports; provide on-the-job coaching.
