Trattoria Stella is seeking friendly, dependable front-of-house staff for evening shifts on-site in Michigan. This is ideal for students or those new to hospitality, with full training and opportunity for growth in a professional restaurant environment.

Responsibilities include assisting servers and bartenders, delivering orders, greeting and seating guests, keeping the dining area clean, and maintaining organized service stations in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• No prior restaurant experience required — training provided for the right candidates.
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn and work hard.
• Evening and weekend availability preferred.

Support staff play a vital role in our nightly operations by assisting servers and bartenders and ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and elevated dining experience. We will provide full training for those eager to learn.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours per shift).
• Lift and carry up to 30 lbs (e.g., trays, bus tubs).
