Qualifications

• Familiarity with support metrics like SLA and CSAT.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, accurate support to Fora advisors via Intercom.
• Investigate and resolve advisor inquiries end-to-end.
• Write empathetic messages and compose communications.
