Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a financial institution or related field.
• Experience in share draft, card processing, or Check 21 preferred.
• Symitar Episys experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process daily share draft balancing and NSF review.
• Research and resolve share draft posting discrepancies.
• Reconcile share draft and settlement general ledger accounts.
• Process card issuance, maintenance, activation, and PIN support.
• Handle image center tasks and check image research for exceptions.
• Provide prompt, professional member service and documentation.
