Job Details: Job Location: Maite Member Center (HQ) - Maite, GU, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced eServices Specialist to join our team and support the safe, accurate, and efficient processing of electronic financial transactions. This position plays an important role in ACH and wire processing, fraud monitoring, card services, remote deposit capture, and electronic banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Processes and reviews ACH originations, incoming ACH transactions, and domestic and international wire transfers
- Monitors daily fraud alerts and contacts members regarding potential fraudulent activity
- Reviews and clears escalated OFAC alerts and processes Notices of Reclamation
- Supports card embossing, card inventory, remote deposit capture, check scanning, and share draft processing
- Trains and provides guidance to eServices Officers on electronic banking products, services, procedures, and transaction processing
- Assists with ATM, EFT, direct deposit, payroll deduction, automatic transfer, and other electronic services
- Assists with reports, audits, internal controls, and departmental process improvements
- Provides support to member centers and helps resolve electronic services questions and issues
- May provide team leadership and assist with supervision in the absence of the eServices Supervisor or Support Services Manager
- Promotes compliance, security, accuracy, and exceptional member service
- Cross-sells credit union products and services
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Three (3) or more years of related electronic services experience in a full-service financial institution, including ACH, wire processing, card services, fraud monitoring, or similar functions; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) certification required
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive, high-risk transactions
- Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train others and demonstrate leadership in a team environment
- Knowledge of electronic banking operations, applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive member and transaction information
