Support Services Analyst (CRM/ERP Support Analyst)

Join us at Deltek as a Support Services Analyst (CRM/ERP Support Analyst).

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Support Services Analyst to provide in-depth troubleshooting and support for clients using Deltek Vantagepoint. Experience with Deltek's Professional Services ERP solutions (Ajera, ComputerEase, Vantagepoint, Vision) is preferred, with CRM and planning experience considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support to clients, addressing complex issues and customizing workflows in Deltek Vantagepoint.
  • Utilize advanced accounting knowledge to assist clients with inquiries and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, product managers, and senior staff to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Document all client interactions and solutions in our case tracking system.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with Deltek Vantagepoint features and best practices.
  • Support and collaborate with junior analysts on case resolutions.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve support efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a support role, preferably with Deltek ERP solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with AI tools is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and grow.
  • Willingness to work in Tampa in a hybrid environment.
