Job summary

Meter is hiring for an Operations Dispatcher in Phoenix to manage front-end triage, dispatch, and service coordination for network support. You will handle inbound work, coordinate with engineers and providers, and ensure customers are informed with timely updates.

Based on the role, you will work a Phoenix-based shift schedule and contribute to 24/7 operations by ensuring smooth handoffs and repeatable workflows. Training is provided, with emphasis on reliability and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Triage everything inbound across every channel: decide what it is, how urgent it is, and who owns what happens next.
• Write to customers: status updates and expectations, including tough conversations when not fixed yet.
• Write internally: escalations a different team can act on without follow-up, clean handoff notes for shift changes.
• Chase everyone: coordinate with internal teams and providers to keep progress moving.
• Answer the phone when a network goes down, providing a real person and warm handoff.
• Speak up when patterns emerge to flag root causes and drive improvements.
