Oregano’s Pizza Bistro in Paradise Valley, AZ is seeking energetic Support Managers to lead our fast-paced restaurant teams. As the backbone of daily operations, you’ll oversee shift staffing, uphold service standards, and foster a positive guest and team culture.

You’ll coach staff, conduct line checks, ensure recipe compliance and food safety, handle guest concerns with grace, and drive operational excellence through precise admin duties.

Qualifications

• Previous high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Proven ability to reduce turnover through coaching.
• Tech-savvy with Windows/Office and POS systems.
• Availability to work a 55-hour week, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and food safety certifications.
