Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Support Lead to guide store crew, ensure exceptional customer interactions, and manage daily operations in Milwaukee, WI. You will train associates, supervise opening/closing routines, and support merchandising and stock control to maximize sales.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and a customer-first mindset. Starting pay is $13.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving under pressure.
• Ability to maintain composure in busy environments.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and monitors performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor ready for sale.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Owns opening/closing tasks including cash, locks, alarms, and setup for the day.
