Responsibilities

• Please note the job duties as listed: guest service and training of crew on customer service standards.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure customer service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and oversee store operations and staff.
• Open/close procedures including cash handling, door security, and alarm setup.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising, performance and service improvements.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures and strategy.
• Perform store maintenance tasks such as cleaning and stock room upkeep.
