Job summary

Five Below in the United States is seeking a Support Lead to assist the Store Manager and Customer Service Manager. You will guide front end operations, cash handling, and staff development while delivering a WOW customer experience.

You will model leadership, drive store performance, and manage daily duties including opening/closing tasks, payroll controls, and maintaining a clean, safe store that encourages teamwork and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to multi-task under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all associates and managers wow the customer through personal contact.
• Lead front end operations and cash handling; ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and readiness for customers.
• Open/close store procedures; assist with payroll within budget.
• Drive key metrics: sales, CSAT scores, and expense control.
• Assist in merchandising and stock procedures; train and coach associates.
• Support in supervising all staff and executing SOPs.
