Job summary

Five Below is seeking qualified candidates to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help wowing customers, train crew, and oversee daily store activities to ensure excellent service and smooth operations.

The role includes opening/closing duties, stock handling, merchandising, and supporting overall sales growth. Starting wage is $15.50 per hour, with benefits details available on our site.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members wow customers through personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure service excellence.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff management.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms and ensure smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Boost store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Assist with merchandising and world recovery collaboration.
• Perform store maintenance and upkeep as needed.
