Job summary

Five Below is seeking an energetic leader to help deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will train crew on BE.S.T. customer service, supervise daily tasks, and step in as Manager on Duty to ensure smooth operations and strong guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, cash handling, stock management, and coaching associates to boost sales while controlling costs. Eligible candidates start at $13.00 per hour with inclusive benefits and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on BE.S.T. customer service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staffing.
• Open/close procedures, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures.
