Heidi Health is hiring a Support Engineer to diagnose, resolve, and prevent complex issues in our AI-powered healthcare product. Your work will directly impact product reliability, customer trust, and Heidi’s ability to scale safely in clinical environments.

You’ll own issues end-to-end, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and help clinicians by improving support efficiency and patient care. This role requires strong communication and a proactive, fast-paced mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a support engineer role.
• Thrives in fast-paced startup environment and collaborates with an international team.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent customer-focused approach and communication skills.
• Experience with Python, React, Node, FastAPI, and MongoDB in web development.

Responsibilities

• Act as an escalation point for customers and internal teams on complex issues.
• Develop deep product understanding of Heidi and how customers use it in clinical contexts.
• Provide clear, effective technical support and resolve issues efficiently.
• Perform in-depth analysis and debugging in high-trust healthcare environments.
• Own customer issues from initial contact to resolution within SLAs.
• Coordinate with engineering and product teams to reproduce and resolve problems.
• Monitor server health, status, and bug reports to mitigate impact.
• Identify systemic issues and contribute to tooling, processes, and reliability improvements.
