Heidi is building an AI Care Partner. The Clinical Engineer Associate translates customer needs into actionable clinical and operational workflows while owning the full technical lifecycle from deployment to self-sufficient customers.

You’ll build custom workflows, troubleshoot production issues, and partner with clinicians and operations teams across North America in formal and informal settings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an implementation engineering, or customer-facing technical role in SaaS, healthtech, or enterprise software.
• Ability to own ambiguous, high-stakes problems end-to-end without a playbook.
• Strong communication to explain complex integrations to CTOs and clinical leaders.
• Experience embedded with enterprise customers or health systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design and build custom workflows with clinical and operational stakeholders.
• Escalation point for complex issues—diagnose, coordinate with engineering, close loop with customer.
• Lead demos, technical discussions, and solution architecture for clinical AI workflows
• Define success metrics for deployed workflows and build evaluations
• Visit clinics and hospitals to understand teams firsthand
• Own decisions on building, customizing or rolling out knowledge flows
• Run safety audits and recommend continuous refinements
