Job summary

Heidi Health Corp. is seeking a Clinical Engineer Associate to translate customer needs into agentic solutions on our AI Care Partner platform.

You will own the full technical lifecycle from initial deployment to self-sufficient customers, building workflows and debugging production issues. You’ll work with clinicians and operational teams, lead demos and architecture discussions for clinical AI workflows, and define success metrics for deployed workflows while visiting clinics to understand

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an implementation engineering or customer-facing technical role, ideally in SaaS, healthtech, or enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom clinical and operational workflows with clinical and operational stakeholders.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues, coordinating with engineering to resolve them.
