Job summary

Heidi is building an AI Care Partner and seeks an Applied AI Specialist to manage a US portfolio of health system customers. You will build trusted relationships with executives, clinicians, and leaders, steering AI deployments from discovery through renewal.

This quota-carrying, consultative role requires commercial judgment, product fluency, and the ability to translate customer needs into successful implementations with Clinical Engineers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing customer relationships or workstreams independently.
• Relationship-led commercial approach with growth identification.
• Strong product intuition and ability to explain AI in workflows.
• Technical fluency to understand implementation requirements.
• Experience building business cases linking product to value.
• Sound judgment prioritizing work amidst ambiguity.
• Clear communication across clinical, operational, and executive audiences.
• Strong cross-functional relationships and openness to feedback.
