Position Objective

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture by performing various sales operations functions, including merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. Functional Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Process merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and easy location for replenishment, reorganizing merchandise to maximize stock space.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented promptly.
• Enter receiving documents into the system, reconcile invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and timely.
• Receive and process visual materials, store hardware, hangers, signage, etc.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Alert management to cash supply needs.
• Assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, signage, etc.
• Help maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

Customer Experience

• Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.

Teamwork and Growth

• Promote an inclusive, collaborative problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability to company technology.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift.
• Work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork.
• Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.
• Effective communication using headsets.
• Regular attendance and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Constant walking/standing for 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
• Frequent climbing (34-66%).
