Position Overview

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales environment, emphasizing our core principles in all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Excellence: Process merchandise, manage stock, ensure timely product merchandising, handle receiving documents, participate in pricing and markdowns, and support visual merchandising and store organization.
2. Customer Experience: Promote excellent personal service and support an omni-channel shopping experience.
3. Teamwork and Growth: Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment and seek personal development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred
• Must be 16 years or older
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Adaptability to company technology
• Ability to stand for most of the shift
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Walking/Standing: 67-100% of shift
