Position Objective:

The Support Associate is responsible for supporting a customer and product-focused sales culture by performing various sales operations functions. These include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We love what we do and believe that with our teams, we are the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

Functional Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence

• Process merchandise by ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment on the sales floor. Reorganize merchandise as needed to maximize stock space.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented in a timely manner.
• Enter all receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile merchandise invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and promptly.
• Process visual packet materials, props, signage, and store hardware in a timely manner.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Alert management to cash supply needs.
• Assist with visual directives such as floorsets, window changes, and signage placement.
• Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications:

• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn and adapt to company technology.
• Ability to work primarily standing.
• Ability to work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork.
• Exposure to visual merchandising techniques is a plus.
• Effective communication with customers, associates, and management, including wearing/using a headset.
• Regular attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays are essential.

Physical Requirements:

• Constant walking/standing during 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
• Frequent climbing (34-66%).
