Position Overview

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture, emphasizing our core principles in all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We foster a passionate, growth-oriented environment where our teams thrive, learn, and excel.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Excellence: Process merchandise, ensure proper storage, ticketing, and accessibility for replenishment. Reorganize merchandise to optimize stock space. Merchandize new products promptly. Enter receiving documents, reconcile invoices, and manage store-to-store transfers. Handle visual materials and signage, participate in pricing and markdown activities, and assist with visual directives and store organization.
  2. Customer Experience: Uphold and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, delivering a seamless omni-channel experience.
  3. Teamwork and Development: Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment. Seek growth opportunities and feedback. Perform other duties as assigned, noting that responsibilities may vary across brands.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: prior stock or cashier experience
  • Must be 18+ years
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and multitasking in a fast-paced setting
  • Adaptability to company technology
  • Ability to stand during most of the shift
  • Work efficiently within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork
  • Experience or interest in visual merchandising is a plus
  • Effective communication via headset with customers, associates, and management
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
