Position Objective

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales environment, ensuring our core principles guide all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We love what we do and believe our team is the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

Functional Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Process merchandise, ensuring items are stored, ticketed, and easily locatable for replenishment.
• Reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented promptly.
• Accurately enter receiving documents, reconcile invoices, and complete store transfers.
• Manage visual materials, signage, and stockroom supplies.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Notify management of cash supply needs.
• Assist with visual displays, floorsets, window changes, and signage.
• Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

Customer Experience

Model, support, and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, delivering a seamless omni-channel experience.

Qualifications

• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability to company technology.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift.
• Work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork.
• Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.
• Effective communication with customers and team via headset.

Physical Requirements

• Constant walking/standing during 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
• Frequent climbing (34-66%).
